UPCOMING EVENTS

Choirs and praise teams interested in participating in the upcoming Gospel Choir Explosion are invited to visit our Contact Page and submit a participation request. Please include complete information about your group so our event team can review your submission and provide the appropriate registration materials, deadlines and next steps. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm participation; selected groups will receive an official confirmation from the Gospel Choir Explosion team.

• Submit a completed participation request through the Contact Page. 
• Provide the choir or praise team’s official name and affiliated church or organization, if applicable. 
• Include the primary contact person’s name, telephone number and email address. 
• Identify whether the group is entering the Choir Competition or Praise Team Competition. 
• Provide the estimated number of performers who will participate. 
• Submit a brief group biography and available performance photos, videos or social-media links. 
• Agree to follow all event rules, performance guidelines, deadlines and scheduling requirements. 
• Remain available for event communications, rehearsals, check-in instructions and final performance scheduling. 
• Receive official approval and confirmation before being listed as a participating group.
